Only 4GB but you can add microSD card. Great price!
Change location to a store near you to see if they have any stock!

It says limit one per household but I was able to pick up a couple for Christmas gifts

Brand new, not a referb! Cheapest I have seen was $30!

Was that from years ago? I have not seen one for a long time. I wonder what size of microSD it supports.

Copyright date on it says 2013 so I am thinking it may be old stock.

Says it supports microSDHC which I believe is up to 32gb

At least 16--I've got a 16 in mine. I wish I could get this. Unfortunately, I don't have one nearby; my parents, who do, are out of town and won't be back for another week. They only hold in-store pick up for three days.

Great find, OP.

Manual says 32GB [sandisk.com], which is the maximum for MicroSDHC

This is an excellent MP3 player, we have the older model from some years ago, you will not be disappointed. This should be front page worthy but too few microcenters around. Repd

Excellent! These have been almost totally eclipsed by smartphones, but for $4, you can't go wrong...

My local store showed five in stock when I just tried to "reserve" one, so hopefully this won't be one of the many cancellations of "limited stock" items I've tried to order over the past year or two. Plus I've been wanting to pick up one of their $5 Raspberry Pi Zero W's but couldn't motivate myself to make the trip just for that, so that's a nice "bonus', and while it's rarely worth a special trip, browsing their random clearance items sometimes proves profitable (in the "junk drawer" sense, not the "flipper" sense...)

These may be good for the size, ease of clipping on, and price point. However, one may find a cheap/small Android phone with microSD at ~$10 price point far more versatile with app support, built-in Wifi, bluetooth, etc. It all depends on what you need.

That's debatable. An MP3 player like this one weighs less than an ounce, and at this price is essentially disposable. I can think of many situations where I wouldn't want to risk my phone but would have no issue with a $4 MP3 player.

Another fun trick with these is set up a "perpetual music station" for someone who isn't technologically inclined. Just load it up with music and put it on shuffle, then plug in a pair of powered speakers or a pair of standalone speakers and a small amp. Leave the player plugged in and on, and all the person has to do is flip the speakers/amp on and they're enjoying music. These Sansa players pretty much last forever; I have had one of the original Clip players playing 24/7 for over seven years, and it has never so much as stuttered.

I was able to pick up two of them...fantastic deal! I listen to the radio on these when working out and on my bike rides (yeah, not safe, I know) so I get a lot of use from the Sandisk clips. For my use they are much more useful than a phone since they are so much smaller and can be clipped onto a shirt. I have 50,000+ songs on my computer so I can randomly load up songs onto these using Windows Media Player which is nice. Many people think these are outdated but for my use, they'll never go out of date.

Fantastic deal. I would love to be close enough to take advantage of it. These sell for $20+ online, so at this price it's a no-brainer.

I did get the one I "reserved" online but unfortunately, the SKU being clearanced had sold out by the time I got to the store to pick it up, so I had to settle for just the one. They did have another of the same model in stock (in a different section of the store?), but that one rang up at regular price. Which seemed strange, but not really "arguable about" (especially since I overheard the manager on duty being an arrogant little prick to a couple of other customers...) But a little web searching uncovered that there are apparently two UPCs/SKUs for the same model/memory size - one marketed in "the Americas" and another in Europe - and the one they're (presumably) discontinuing is the American one, while they still have the European UPC in stock. And at its full MSRP, which by current mp3 player standards is ridiculous, of $40 no less. Dunno if there's any difference in terms of warranty coverage, or anything else like that, but I wasn't sorry to be getting the one originally marketed here, rather than the other way around...
