If only the memory were user upgradable but 16gb would be +$300 config and at that price point might as well go with the +$400 config which also covers a 512gb SSD.

To get 16gb of memory you have to get the 4k touch screen, in a 13 inch laptop thats just a battery killer

The other thing that sucks about this but also most other Dell laptops is the coil whine when you unplug it and run it on battery. It's annoyingly high pitched and loud.
