Neat device, but still a bit too expensive for this older product. I would say $100 is the sweet spot for it.

I have one of these. I'd say they are worth $150, if just for ceiling tv. I just prop it up in bed and voila.

Is it actually 720p? I see alot of them that say that but just upscale. Also what's the responds time? This be ok for group gaming like smash or Mario cart?

How loud is the fan on this one? The original Spro is rather noisy!

Grabbed one since I was eyeing the Sony Pico projector. I'm using something like this when I go have movie nights with friends, now that I've got my main projector mounted I need something to bring around.

200 lumens is like the equivalent of 20-25 watts throw power, this would need a completely dark room to even be visible with those numbers. This will have a totally washed out viewing experience unless the room is really dark. I was interested but I feel like with KitKat and low lumens this is more of a toy that should be within the $75 - $100 price range.

EDIT: I guess everyone has their own unique preferences, expectations and acceptability levels, that's okay...that said we just saw 55" 4K HDR television sets going for anywhere between $199 - $400 to me this is not really a slick deal.

Very niche and low-spec.

Got myself one of these for the HWeen/X-Mas video throws (as well as 'movie night w/ friends' using the garage door). Wifi, bluetooth, more lumens & better rez

I had mine for 2 months now and while I can only use it at night, it's totally bright even with ambient light coming from my 3 skylight windows. I project this on my wall around 12 ft away and the screen is about 120 inch and it is plenty bright to watch especially if you plug it to an electrical outlet to use the full 200 lumens.

I'm actually thinking of buying another one to give to my dad for Xmas but I'm not sure about giving a refurb as a gift.

I got this on Cyber Monday for $70. Only played with it for a minute. Hooked it up to my PS4 and it was a little hard to focus just right. Text was hard to read but graphics were good enough for an on the go big screen. I plan on using it for DJ sets and playing PS4 with friends on the go.

Edit: my bad I got the 1st version. Still the same price https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/pr..._wvga.html

Not true used this device out side that had you could easily see outside in the dark and the screen was well lit...
