Native resolution: 800*480 reviews seem good for a cheap low end projector.

I would wager, not a "heck of a deal" but a little better than normal maybe due to being very low res and not super bright. All up to your uses

Yes, it is 800x480 native, but if the source video is HD, it should down-scale nicely. Just don't expect 4k levels or matching 1080p.

Sure, thats fair, its just usually in the header you dont put what the projector could input, but how it comes out, I believe. Or you could put a note about can downscale hd to sd. IDK, I'll move on. It just caught my attention because it was HD

Common scam with these cheap projectors they put 1080 all over when it only outputs 480.

Warm Tips:
1. To avoid overheating and extend working life, we suggest that you can have a break after 3~4 hours using.

So, do I need a break "after 3~4 hours using" or does IT need a break? LOL! laugh out loud

FakeSpot gives the Amazon reviews an "F";

I would highly doubt that this is as solid a deal as the refurbished ZTE devices that B&H is currently knocking out for $79 at: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/pr..._wvga.html

Walmart sells an RCA branded one just like this. Then you have an easy return option. Or can probably get the extra warranty for a couple bucks and wait for it to break.

Stooooooop with the 1080p lie...

PLEASE

My deal alerts get flooded with these sketchy, misleading Chinese projectors slapping "1080p" on everything, when the actual resolution is no better than a 15 year old tube TV. You can't even read text with these things. If you want it for a kid's room to watch cartoons then knock yourself out...but otherwise these are useless for any kind of modern media like movies or gaming.

Claiming 1080p on these is a LIE. One might say it's "misleading", but that's a crock... they're trying to sell you a poor product under your radar. To me, that's lying to the uninformed. Input support means SQUAT...it's all about the image quality of the output.
