why does the Siberia P800 say "Please note that this product is non-returnable and non-refundable."?

Is it a price mistake?

Seems like Newegg has two of the same models at different price points.

I'd pass on the pros. For 20ish dollars more you can get the cloud 2's which are better. I've not heard favorable things about the pros.

The headsets themselves are exactly the same. Biggest difference is the Cloud IIs come with a USB soundcard with 7.1 (also available for $30 purchased separately on Kingston's website [hyperxgaming.com]), but IMO it sounds pretty bad and isn't worth the extra money. I have the Cloud II's and bought a headphone/mic splitter cable to plug it into my internal soundcard and it sounds way better. You can always use Razer surround software [razerzone.com] to get 7.1 with your internal soundcard. The Cloud Pros come with that Y cable already (a nice braided one) and also have inline vol and mic mute controls on the cable which I'd consider a plus. Only minus is it's missing the optional 2nd set of velour earpads which I personally find more comfortable; the earpads are however available on Kingston's site for $10.
