This router has a TweakTown rating of 96%, which means they were pretty darn happy with it.

I just bought and returned this router last week. A firmware update wrecked the WiFi connectivity, giving me intermittent disconnects. The menu is also the most basic I've ever seen on a router, it was pathetic. Hardly any user control.

Expired now. It's now $299 at B&H and $267 at Amazon.

Same here with the update. Mine would randomly shut off my 2.4 and 5ghz channels completely. After a restart would work fine for 10 minutes and then shut off again. Did a manual revert back to the previous firmware and no problems since.

I had the same firmware issues but with the WRT3200ACM. I read all the latest WRTs have the same firmware issue....
