Wear24 42mm Android Wear 2.0 4G LTE Wi-Fi Bluetooth Smartwatch by Verizon $75 + S&H

Woot [woot.com] has the Verizon LTE Wear24 Androidwear Watch for $74.99 plus shipping and tax for those that get charged it.

Will work as a standard non LTE Androidwear watch if not using it on Verizon. I was thinking of getting it strictly for a running watch with music using ghostracer. Seems to be a more manageable size than the Quartz from Tmo.

Got the one on the ebay deal a couple of weeks ago - same price.
The watch is OK, even if you are not on Verizon. I am not using the LTE capabilities cause I am on Cricket. Therefore, it is just a very basic smartwatch. Decent deal for the money.
Keep in mind: No NFC. No heart rate monitor. Will not receive further updates.

Cheers.

I got this on the last deal and it works great for me. I added it to my Verizon plan for $5 and it makes and receives calls, texts, emails, stream Google Music, even browse the web and access Youtube without my phone. I disable LTE and use the Bluetooth connectivity to my phone when I'm in range and the battery lasts the day, but if you're using a lot of LTE you'll drain the battery quickly. I did a phone call test and it drains about 1% each minute so about 100 minutes total talk time per charge. That sounds low, but compared to the Apple watch it's actually high, since that will only do 60 min on a charge. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to get Hangouts and Google Maps navigation working. I see YouTube videos of both of them working, but they were older versions. Maybe the newer versions removed those features?

Was watching a review. The band is not interchangeable. Verizon embedded the antenna into the band. Not sure what will happen if the band ever gets damaged and needs to be replaced.

Almost got one but then learned that you can only text from this watch using Verizon's texting app. Pass.

This is the third post on this same deal today. Did you not do a search before posting?

You blew the first rule of SD. Check to see if it's not a repost. Before you make a post SD asks you that question, so there's no good excuse for not doing so. In this case this is the third post for the same deal today.

My advice to you is to look at the warnings, and follow through with the warning suggestions. This is good for life in general as well.

@Wowa I didn't get that question or I would have done so.

Go through the new thread process again (but don't actually post anything) and look for it now that you know it's there. I doubt there was a glitch in the system. Most likely it got overlooked, but don't let that discourage you. I like to make all the mistakes possible before I finally learn something (truth in disclosure, I've never finally learned anything!)

I've been in the market for a new smart watch for awhile and $99 is my ceiling. I've had the Samsung Gear, Moto 360 1st gen and Fitbit Charge 2. This thing seems to check all of my boxes and I happen to be with VRZ, so that's a bonus. The first 2 android smartwatches I bought were refurbs (from SD) and within 6 mos or so I started having performance issues with them. I really like the simplicity and battery life of my Fitbit, but I'm aching for something a bit flashier. I think this will fit the bill. Thanks OP!

Because it's harder to write a text from your phone?
