That's the print price. And just because a publisher/author have the nerve to charge a ridiculous "MSRP" for a middling product doesn't mean it's "worth it"... Once upon a time, this is the sort of book a grocery store would've given away for free to drum up business. But apparently members of the Cult of Trader Joe's are happy to fork over $$ for it. Surprise, surprise...Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Thanks. Be careful not to "buy" the kindle unlimited version unless you have that service. The one click button is the one you want to select to own and buy for free. Sorry to say I have made that mistake before. Also, make sure the price still reflects $0.00 before buying. Amazon does not make it easy to reverse the charge for digital content purchases.

Thanks! My MIL does a lot of her grocery from Traders Joe.. So a lot of the same ingredients every week and it gets pretty boring of stir frying everything. This should help spice things up a bit.

Actually, it's incredibly easy to "return" ebooks. It takes all of about 3 mouse clicks from the "orders" screen as long as you do it within the normal "return period" (a week, I think?), or a brief phone call if you manage to miss that but catch it within a day or two afterward.

Thanks. I guess I need a tutorial or maybe it was a similar but different product. I searched for about 10 minutes and could not figure out how to return a $0.99 digital comic book I thought was free (advertised in this very freebie section, but changed price). I caught my error within seconds of the transaction. A call, which I did not want to make, fixed the charge. I will try a Google search next time rather than scour their website on my own.

I don't have any recent digital orders so I can't double-check it right now, but I have returned ebooks in the past and I'm pretty sure there's a link for that right on the "details" page of the order listings themselves. (Look at your "Digital Orders" summary, find the book in question, then click on the "Order Details" just under the order number on the right side of the screen.) Never mind, I was wrong about where the returns links are.Big Grin

Instead, you return things from the "Manage Your Content and Devices" page. There are links to the details on their "Returns & Refunds" Help Page [amazon.com] under "Return Kindle Content". (Amazon considers all ebooks and similar digital media to be "Kindle Content", even if, like me, you don't actually own a Kindle...Wink)
