I was getting these pretty regularly and now haven't got one since Oct. Anyone know why this might be happening?

I hadn't gotten one since last Summer, but then received 2 recently and both were rewards certificates. Only one of them worked, so I used it. A couple of days later, I received an email saying the item I ordered was out of stock and now that one doesn't work, either. I've sent them a couple of emails, but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything back.

My point is that it's all very inconsistent, imo. Also, it seems many have received rewards that don't work lately, so someone may be stealing the numbers.

Interesting. It sounds like you don't live near a store - if you did,you could bring the certificate in, and they can force it to work. They may claim they can't do that, but in fact, they can. Ask for a manager.

Thanks. Didn't realize I got 2 on 11/29. I think I earned $15 but then they sent another $10!
However, the $10 is saying its not valid...one email said sorry if you were unable to use the ceritficate, so idk if I did get an extra $10...
Anybody else get 2 on 11/29?

Unfortunately, the nearest store is across town and I'd use nearly $10 in gas just getting there. But I didn't know, so I'll keep that in mind next time. Tbh, I do so much online shopping that when something doesn't work, I usually just move on and forget about it.

http://www.eddiebauer.com/product...ype=&size=

picked up the power bank for $6 bucks after using GIFT and $10 rewards. It looks cool, it charges 2 devices at same time.
