Amazon has the Moto E Plus (4th Generation) - 16 GB - Unlocked (AT&T/Sprint/T-Mobile/Verizon) - Iron Gray for $135.99 with free shipping:

Not as hot as the BF deal at $102.50, but still a good price. Was $179.99 yesterday.Worth noting that this is the factory unlocked and ad-free version.

$34 more than BF on a $100 device is a shitty price.

Don't do it . I got the Moto 5g plus from Costco with the 2gb ram. I was using 90 percent of it most of the time with lots of late and freezing. I got the 4gb model a few days later and took the 2gb one back. No lagging, fast and very happy with the 4gb

Curious where you see an MSRP of $100? Maybe if you are going for the carrier-locked or ad-supported version, neither of which this is. And yes.... I know you can buy unlock codes on fleabay for $2. Those also run the risk of getting you blocked by the carrier.

I'm curious what you were running that needs more than 2GB RAM.

Normal apps. Music streaming . Switching back and forth between apps. Android auto. About 50 downloaded apps. Using Bluetooth takes a chunk. It all adds up.

I'm using 3 of 3.6 available now so 85 percent usage. No lag. No freezing

Thanks. I have always assumed that newer graphics intensive games were the only apps that used a ton of RAM. I guess android will also use what RAM is available to make things run more smoothly.

I didn't have any games on here or anything graphic intensive. From what I read this phone wouldn't do well with games because of frame rate. It plays videos just fine at 1080 p . I didn't think 2gb of ram would be an issue but it was for me. But that is a different phone than this
