Netgear Arlo security camera subscription program on sale 50% off via Arlo app

Just hopped on to my Arlo app on my phone to check an alert notification and received a pop-up stating that the 30-day storage subscription is temporarily 50% off, for $5/month (normally $10/month).

This includes 30 days of cloud storage (versus 7 days with the free subscription), up to 10 cameras, and unlimited support.

Not sure if this is new subs only or not, or if this is a targeted offer. May be worth checking your app if you use Arlo to see if this is an option for you. Looks like it applies to all Arlo products.

Not seeing it on my end but I'm already on paid subscription. I'm sure they are trying to get people doing the free subscription to sign up.

$5/month is an awesome deal. Lock it in while you can. Hopefully it's not just temporary.

I have 5 Arlo's using the free service which works out perfect for my needs. I really need 1 more camera to cover all angles at the house but I hate having to pay yearly forever for just 1 more camera. I'd rather just pay a lump sum to add a single camera.

This is def a good deal, has me tempted.

Hm -- I tried to redeem this, but all it did was close the offer screen. Now it's not showing back up? Anyone able to redeem it?

I have a few Arlo Pro cams...I just plugged in a flash drive to the back of the base and it stores the video up to the max and then just re-loops.
Isn't this pretty much the same thing?
