Do not buy from this website. I ordered from them on July 23 and still have yet to receive my order. If you look up reviews for the website you will see similar complaints and F grades.

Trust me do not buy from these scammers. Customer service is a joke and I am still trying to get a refund. They should honestly be banned from Slickdeals so people do not fall for this trap.

I bought from them last time, i did 8 seperate orders of 15$ that got 10$ off so about 66% off, i received every single package. Quality was good on everything. So i had no problems.

We've bought from them quite a few times when they have the vault sales. Shipping can be slow but at the longest I think it was 3 weeks. Everything is always great quality. My son loves getting the boxes.

My orders usually took about a month to arrive. Everything was intact. I'm waiting for my Cyber Monday order to arrive now.

I've been buying from Loot Vault for a long time, and yes, in the beginning it took about 6 weeks to get my order, but now they've been arriving in about 1.5 weeks. Seems like they're hearing our feedback.

I don't have a problem with the slower shipping (Amazon spoils us), and will continue to shop there, especially when I can regularly get shirts and collectibles for just a few dollars each.

Review sites have Loot Vault plagued with negative feedback. I am shocked people are promoting this deal when the majority of us have been screwed over by this company. Please Google for yourself before you show your support that might trick the SD community into buying into these "deals" on Loot Vault.

Terrible shipping and tweeting them won't help.

Last order, I waited about 21 days for an order update. Didn't get anything, and didn't get a proper response from their Twitter team. Cancelled order and vowed never again.

I'm simply stating my personal experiences. These are the only facts that I can speak on.

Should I experience something negative beyond slow shipping, I'll be sure to report back. Until then, I can only say that I've not had any issues. Sorry to hear about your poor experience.

I ordered their BF promo of 75% off and items are arriving the 19th. So about 3 weeks. Seems legit to me.

I ordered November 28th, they will be here December 22nd...ONLY reason they shipped that "early" is I told them to cancel my order 3 times, on the 3rd time they sent me tracking info. I complained twice to them about it not having shipped yet...when I ordered I was told it would ship out in 3-5 days...it took 3 whole weeks and me telling them to cancel it 3 times before they shipped. Not impressed at all, especially considering a few of the things were birthday presents for a birthday that was 2 weeks after I ordered, only missed it by 2-ish weeks.

All in it took me 2 times of complaining about it not having shipped, then 3 times telling them to just cancel it, before they shipped it. Then 4 days after I sent the last cancel request they responded with it was too late to cancel because they already shipped it after the 3rd time I told them to cancel. They should spend less money on advertising and more on their shipping.
