DJI = CSD Chinese spy drone...

The Good The DJI Spark delivers a tiny, lightweight design; excellent mechanically stabilized camera; USB charging and advanced features like gesture controls and obstacle detection. It travels well and is great for aerial photos and video.

The Bad Flight time can be as short as 10 to 14 minutes. The app can be frustrating to use, especially on smaller screens. And you should expect to buy batteries and possibly the optional controller.

Probably target keeps the price of $399.
It happened before.
Last week target announced 10% off gift card deal on Sunday only event.
I bought $400 gift card for $360 (in-store purchase. Just in case, target raise price to $499 then I can return the gift card for full refund) and worry that target will raise their price to MSRP which is $499.
$399 deal was expired but target kept same $399 price on Monday.
I used 20% off Black Friday coupon and gift card then I paid spark and one extra battery around $322 plus tax. I have red card so it's basically 25% off but with their gift card, I got 30% off.

There is a good chance that target will keep $399 in my opinion.

Fly combo deal on B&H might be best but $75 gift card might not be good if you have nothing to buy from them.

eBay $399 + $75 deal is one of best deals since it's no tax and can get extra battery or controller.

Possible $399 plus 20% deal from target is still decent deal.
I thought I will play around spark without a controller but ended up with buying most of accessories including one extra battery, propeller guard with landing gear and controller etc (thinking of charger and possibly case from eBay) but still cheaper than buying fly combo set.

This seems to be the part you've left out. Target doesn't seem to be publicizing this promo very much. It should work for most things in the store, not just drones.
