I have a similar unit that I got for around same price that come in handy stowed under my Jeep passenger seat. Worked great, but this version has a longer handle which should offer better leverage for heavier and longer jobs.
IMO it's a $20 insurance policy for those with FWD cars in snowy climates.

When i used to have fwd i could use smthg like this. Now i have 4wd and it's absolutely not needed (4wd) if i had one of these shovels. I watched shovel multitool youtube videos. Some are very cool. Now i want one too.

wish i had fwd small suv and a multi tool shovel, if i could do it over again.

Looks decent for non snow use, but using a 4"x5" shovel surface to dig out of snow? No thanks

The reviews do seem suspicious. A high number of them didn't have proper English.

these make for fun toys, and I suspect its labeled a SNOW shovel because they know the shovel head will bend as soon as you attempt to move anything denser than wet sand with it.

This makes a nifty gift but it certainly is more gadgetry than useful, and definitely not big enough for snow unless you're masochistic. I would also get the one where the handle can be used as a hammer - just search ebay

This more of a survival potting shovel. Or survival poop shovel.

Picked it up to throw in the back of the snowmobile, much appreciated. +1

Found a Youtube review as well for a similar shovel, could be worse. Better than nothing IMO.
