You (or your kid) can move it around in a bathtub and go "bloob bloob bloob vrrrr vrrr vroooom" and that would be kind-of like a motor.

But don't try that at the local community pool because they will probably arrest you.

Seriously this is a great deal because it's a Boat (or in Lego terms "boat Boat BOAT!")
Boats R cool. This is about the smallest (and cheapest) nice "boat" they've had.
