Nope. You need the XL for that.
Works fine printing USPS labels for me on eBay (I have the non-turbo, but that shouldn't matter). I use the 99019 labels and it works perfectly - buy 3rd party from Amazon or eBay.

UPS and Fedex, I don't believe would work with this.

Yes it does. Use 99019 labels. https://www.amazon.com/1-Part-Int...B002AGN7X4

You don't need XL.. Dymo label 99019 is actually the default Ebay label and you do not need the 4x6 label.

A nice but finicky label maker. We had three and one always gave me problems. The other 2 were mostly fine though.

I 100% agree with this. Very nice, but can be finicky at times. I purchased mine from amazon warehouse for around the same price.

The only issue for me is that the printer becomes unresponsive when left on for an extended period of time. Say an entire day or so. So I connected it to a WiFi smart plug. I just tell my Google home to shut it off at the end of my day. I haven't had an issue since I started doing this.

The company I work at use few hundreds of these printers instead of expensive Zebra printers for small labels. These printers are rock solid.
