This is a great deal for high ratings of grow light. The link provided by Op is broken. Here is the correct link:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00PH1MQV8

OP says free shipping with Prime, but really the shipping is free for anyone as the total is $59.25 >> $25 minimum.

For anyone thinking this isn't a good deal, the last time it was reported price at $60 was two years ago. Lowest it's been since then is $67.99 (according to CCC). That being said, if it's a good product, I can't say. It's a 3 year old design and only uses 3W LEDs. My understanding is the larger the LED, the more efficient it is and higher PAR. Which means a design using 5W+ LEDs or COBs is almost always going to be better.

PS. Like most of these type of products, the claimed power has to do with the capability of the LEDs (100 x 3W) and NOT the actual power. Specs say "Actual Power Consumption: 132w±5%", so really under 132W of LED lighting.

I bought this in May for the same price. I like it a lot and I think it's a hell of a lot better than the $30 price point ones. It does put out heat, and because of this has fans that are slightly noisy but not overbearing. I used it to get a head start on my garden here in mid Michigan where the Great Lakes bring colder than average weather. Growing season is shorter. I used it to get a head start on my tomatoes, summer squash, russian watermelon, and just for sh**s and giggles I got an avocado and gala apple sapling to sprout too.

Thanks for the report! I was looking for something smallish (<$100) to replace the 45W LED Aerogarden I used last year to start seeds. Considering these cost less than half as much and more than 2x the actually wattage, I probably can't make a wrong choice. Unfortunately, there are just so many to choose from and actual facts seem harder to come by than opinions, which are oh so plentiful.
I'm even concerned that something like this might be overkill and I'm probably better off with a couple shoplights... <sigh> sale will probably be over before I come to a decision anyway.
