in for 3 (stacked with the $12 wire shelves and got free shipping). These make great last-minute-bday-party gifts throughout the year.

The fact that folks in places like NY, NJ and Cali have to ask this speaks volumes. Socialist, nanny states make all sorts of rules and laws to "protect" people.

Sadly, they can't grasp something that any 3rd grader can. Namely, criminals don't obey laws, only the law abiding do.

I'm still shocked to find that shuriken or throwing stars are illegal here in Indiana! Dumb lawmakers make dumb laws I guess.

Not a bad Nerf deal, but the Mega Rotofury 10 shot was $15 on bf and even after at Walmart.

Damn those stupid Indiana GOP lawmakers and their hatred of weapons.

Ha ha. Well, I'm really struggling to remember the last time anyone used a throwing star in the commission of a crime.

Making completely arbitrary, unnecessary laws IS dumb in my book. How about lawmakers tend to important business as dictated by their constituents?

I don't think they hate weapons as some nanny staters do, they were simply reacting or OVER reacting to a new problem when kids started carrying them in response to martial arts movies. New things spook people and why bother to educate yourself or wait to try to assess the problem and determine if there's a need?

Just write a new law banning the things! Which, btw, didn't make them go away...

i have nothing to do with politics here but i'm with you on that one. problem is if you look at the demographics where i am compared to west nj closer to pa, it's understandable. just like upstate ny is different from zoo yc and its boroughs. i need to protect my interests and safety on this planet and i can't be bothered with demographics. don't want to end up a statistic.

Agreed, different areas have different needs and there are no one size fits all policies that work in all areas.

That being said, I have yet to see, or be shown, ANY persuasive evidence that regulating toy and airguns will help anything. Lol

Same applies to actual guns too.

In fact one might argue that decent, law abiding people trapped by circumstance in areas where gun violence is a serious problem, NEED access to weapons for self defense, even more than the suburban, home owner.

The whole idea of extending gun control to non lethal "firearms" would be funny if it weren't so serious. I firmly believe that all such laws are pretexts, designed to innure the population to govt intrusion until we are ripe for repeal of 2nd Amendment.

Toy thread got serious! Sorry guys and gals.

This gun is a good deal if I didn't already have too many good nerf gun deals recently.

Great conversation, and interesting… Didn't realize these were outlawed in certain regions 😳 Illinois is fine to let us have as many nerf guns as we'd like!

Bought this the other day at $6.88. Now tempted to buy another! Great nerf Christmas 🎄 thanks OP, repped
