Sport is the bottom of the line product for C4. You can find it at Walmart, grocery outlet. I've used it, it didn't give me the beta alanine tingles, nor a good pump. if it's your first preworkout I say try it, but it's just not effective(to me) if you've had decent stuff in the past.

Some of the pre-workouts are awful for you. A lot of people love the Jekyll and Hyde products, but steer clear. Opt for the OSL's Vintage Blast or Legion Pulse if you want a clean, fruitful pre-workout. Labdoor.com is a great site to see what is really in these things and how effective they will be.

In for one but what would you recommend. This is my first time getting pre-workout and BCAA.

Thanks

If I trying to avoid suggesting a product by brand name - I would STRONGLY suggest looking for something without proprietary blends or anything to obfuscate the ingredient makeup.

With respect to "feeling the pwo"- I'd suggest being aware that this feeling is what companies seek to offer - usually through caffeine or beta-alanine (the "tingling"). Both can be effective when used in a workout regimen, just be aware. Again, read the product labels and look for something that has your desired supplements in the desired quantities. Check out the Lab Door website for supplement breakdowns.

If I WERE to suggest a brand - I happen to favor myprotein or Jym products; though the latter is quite pricey.

I have been making my own with beta alanine, creatine, caffeine, and citrulline malate...would these premixed ones offer anything additional? I have never tried the premade ones.

I started with c4 when I first started working out. After a year or so it did nothing to me not to mention there's noting really good about it. I switched to Pre Kaged which seems to work amazing for me. Also has better ingredients in it. You'll pay a bit more for it though. Here's the amazon link.

PRE-KAGED Pre Workout Powder – Fruit Punch Flavor – 638 Grams – L-Citrulline + Creatine HCL – MAXIMIZE Energy + Focus + Extreme Workout Intensity + Supercharge Adrenaline* https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AWJN...lAbG0DH63A

It's actually on sale from what I normally pay.

This stuff is so bad for you. Made my fingers tingle and just felt weird
Totally made me itch like a crack fiend. Prefer Super Pump 250.
