Looking at Amazon reviews for the 710, seems like the PSU may fail.

This video sucks https://youtu.be/Yt0uZFKwbNU but the comments also point to another problem with the PSU (250w) and unusual power pins.

Caveat emptor.

Is there any way to be sure that the HDMI jack is active? It appears plugged in the photo.

Could this get by as a pre-teen kids gaming computer, or is the $500 Walmart the minimum?

Just curious. Can someone explain why do Dell and Lenovo like gt 730 so much? The intel hd 530 outperforms it.

Since it has a dedicated graphics card installed, all the Display out ports from the motherboard will be inactive and you have to use the ports from GT 730.

Marketing BS for the people who say "but I need a separate video card for my spreadsheets".

Sorry probably not, you will whant a GTX 700 series graphics card or higher for most games now a days and that would mean you would probably need a stronger power supply. You would also whant more than 2 gigs of RAM, 8 would be ideal!

My cuz has this exact pc I am getting a 1050ti that is low profile edition to barely squeeze the gaming potential out of it. 250w psu. 75+140 full load is barely under so Wooo. Getting pc gaming feet wet. Will check out gigabyte cuz full size and low profile almost the same. Anyone here wondering if they should buy Oh hell NO! Go buy a better pc for another $100-200. PSU in this thing is shit. God bless Nvidia for a 75w GPU that will barely make this a console killa!

Remember, these Lenovo PCs contain a lot of proprietary connections that make upgrading the graphics card extremely difficult. Plan to keep this as is, or plan to scrap everything but the CPU and the RAM.

Can anyone confirm the outputs on the GTX30? A friend just ordered this for a basic PC and needs monitors but I want to be certain of the outputs.

Look like 2x DVI, 1 hdmi.
