I remove some paper from back of thick upc codes cut out before pasting it to rebate form. That way it's not hard.

Looks good, more enclosures, never got a USB-C cable b4 so that would be good, hope is all under 1 rebate, 1 stamp?

No issues here either. Your local post office is scamming you laugh out loud. I'd understand with cardboard box cutouts (which I usually peel off for that same reason), but single-layer cardboard should be fine.
