Every baby is different. Personally for mine Huggies just worked better (little movers series once they got to that size).

Some babies, pampers work better. Other babies, the store brand.

My advice, it really doesn't matter for the first few weeks, you're changing the diapers so often. Then you'll learn via trial and error. Like I said I prefer the Huggies little movers.

I know this might be off-subject but I bought $300 in gift cards when the 10% deal was going on a few weeks ago. I bought a nursery chair for my daughter and it was about $249 and because I used the gift card I got charged $13 more in tax then I would have just using my Red Card. To me it's just not worth buying them unless you use them on non-taxable items.
I still have about $50 to use but will try to just buy non-taxables.

I think your math is off. If the chair was $249 you might have saved $1 in tax. Maybe $13 total with the 5% red card discount, but on the gift card purchase you saved $25 + $12.50 (with discover hopefully).

12/17-12/24. Target has similar sales every few months. I stock up on the up&up diapers (work just as well as Pampers Swaddlers for my son) every time and have never had to run out for a pack of diapers/wipes.

No, I don't have Discover. Calculating it using the Red Card would have saved me $12.xx, I didn't get the 5% off because technically I didn't use the RC to pay. With that $20 off every $100 it saved me $40 though. If I'm buying a taxable item, I always look at that 5% off as covering the tax (even though our tax is 6%). When I purchased $300 worth of gift cards I wasn't charged tax, I paid the straight amount, when you go to use it is when you are charged tax, and that's where they got me.
What is the deal with Discover?

Discover has 5% cash back on Target purchases right now, so people used it to buy the Target gift cards for additional savings

We are going to have a baby soon, which diaper should I buy? There are a few types of pampers and I am a little confused. Thanks.
