I just picked up the Mo-Fi bundle for $114.79. There's a promotion under the choices that says:

I made the call and they gave me a 18% coupon. Bundled with the current Amazon Rewards 10% CB offer, this was great! TU!

All the reviews on youtube are saying pretty much the same thing. Lola's have a very similar sound to the Mo-Fi's, it's not too colored or bass heavy but it's definitely not reference. You will feel the weight of the Mo-Fi's, especially because of the additional hardware that is included (amp, 1020 mah battery, etc.). Clamp is adjustable on the Mo-Fi's, but it was still a little fit for me when I tried them on the lowest setting. I may just have a big head.

^That guy compares the Mo-Fi's in passive mode with the Lola's and they essentially are the same.

TL;DR - If you like the type of sound these make and don't have an amp (or don't like carrying around one) Mo-Fi's are for you because you get a nice pair of cans (~$99) with an amp (~$40). But IMHO, I would get the Lola's and pair it with a ~$40-50 external portable amp (like the FiiO K1/Q1/A3 ) because it leaves you with way more options on the table (i.e. you can use those amps with other cans that actually need the extra power).

That is a pretty solid deal. The Lola's alone for that price is a great deal.

I think it is. The mofi has an internal rechargeable amplifier that enhances the sound, especially if you use it on low powered devices like mobile phones. The lolas are basically the same headset w/o the internal amp which makes them lighter, and I believe the Lola's are less adjustable.

I have the Yeti and Mo-Fi that I probably spent $250 on total. Really good deal here. The Yeti is not so good for gaming as it picks up too much ambient noise. I really like the headphones though, even though they are a bit heavy. I have a large head and still find them comfy. Good sound quality. Not sure how close they are to reference, but I do enjoy the built in amplifier. This would be a no brainer for me if I didn't already own them.
