I suspect it is for a radio without an active service. The link in the email takes me to my account. It does say you can Call 1-877-597-7234

The link is https://care.siriusxm.com/winback...Preprocess

In the above link I replaced my radio ID with XXXXXXXX and account with YYYYYYY try plugging your numbers into the link

Will this transfer if I sell my current car within the next 36 months or is it tied to the specific radio you sign up with?

they must be about to go out of business, I received the same thing and my first thought is they were going out of business. I think their business model is to suck you in on a 5 month deal and you forget to call and cancel. so they hit you over the head on regular charges(like comcast does) 3 years they cant do that as often.................ok call me a pessimist

OP, can you post the phone number to call for this deal from your email?

Sirius XM chat requires to use the link or to call the special number.

Edit: call 888-244-0396

It could be because a lot of people are boycotting Sirius XM over Steve Bannon.

Without getting too political they recently signed a deal with someone who is rather controversial and it lead to a bunch of users cancelling their subscriptions. Maybe that's why they're trying to get new people to sign up.
