And patience pays off! Thank you!

I've been watching this model for months. Price history showed it was down to $129 when I started watching it, I don't need it right now, so I waited for it to drop back down to that. Now it is even lower. Just waiting for delivery now....and hope some motivation shows up in the Spring to use it Smilie

Way better, more power, more pressure than your $80 washer

I have the 4001 model. I love it. It takes a while to get pressure. I think it's a user error. I got mine for $132 when they had a 15% off coupon.

Anyways, I love it. Its worth every penny. I mainly purchased it to get oil stains off my driveway.

How would this compare to the SPX3001 - I've been watching and waiting for that one to drop again.

I bought this one for about the same price in May and have been happy with it. I believe the guts for this, the 3000 and the 3001 are essentially the same from a power/performance standpoint, with the 3001 having the hose reel. I like the lower center of gravity of this one compared to the more standard upright style, as it's harder to tip over when pulling on the hose etc. A downside is that the detergent tank is quickly removable from the others where on this one you have to remove a couple of screws in the front. Not a big deal for me since I usually use it without soap, but may be an issue for some.
