Knowing how popular ExOfficio underwear is, and how everyone also seems to want boxers/briefs/boxer briefs/tighties/etc. that are not on sale - here you get your choice.... eBags happens to carry a lot of different styles. [ebags.com]

Spend $20 or More at eBags.com & Get 2000 Points. Chase UR points can be conservatively valued @ .01, making this free + tax (up to $20) per Chase Freedom/ Chase Freedom Unlimited/ Chase Sapphire (NO Sapphire Reserves though).

So this eBags deal was previously posted on 12/4, you can see more general details there. Mods, feel free to merge if you see fit, but thinking this will be of interest to a different audience.... and many people may have not used their offers previously when they could not find anything useful on eBags.

Free shipping as well with ShopRunner.

Hope this helps someone, specifically some of those who got stiffed by Cabela's on the ExOfficio deals the other day!

This does not deserve it's own thread b/c the ExOfficio prices are quite high. If they were like $10 each, then sure. But honestly, I won't buy ExOfficio again, the quality is poor. Under 3-4 months from trying them, pilling and logo peeling off. Just bought Duluth from recent sale, we'll see how they hold up. But they are more comfortable.

Hi john9, Check the linked thread. There are plenty of people who have reported receiving the chase points for purchasing luggage packing boxes and small backpacks. It works for the cards listed above but not the Chase Sapphire Reserve per other users. Make sure to consider cash back options as well, as eBags has some high return rates that can even make this a slight $$ maker

Bought the Duluth, too, but out-of-the-package they did not feel as soft as the ExOfficio, so I was considering returning them... Do they soften up after washing?

Fair enough, almost everything on eBags is overpriced - it's why they are offering up to 18% cash back, or 20-30% off coupons on a regular basis.

For purposes of the offer, might as well use it on something you will use. A $20 pair of underwear with $20 in UR points, with a cash back chunk of your choice....basically the only cost is the opportunity cost of another product on eBags.

They don't feel as soft, but the fit is better for me. It's close enough that I forget after initial inspection. I also bought 3 of the Armachillos, which are very nice - cool and soft.. The other one that is % wise same fabric as ExOfficio that I also tried is by Columbia, was a 2 pack from Amazon. Very similar to ExOfficio but has a line right across the front sack area. Also half the price or better. The Columbia ones are almost as soft, and seem to be holding up better. But I've worn both so maybe the wear isn't even. Wear on Duluth will take a while to determine given that I've got 7 pairs now.

Columbia item is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N10ZNQ7 .. but I paid 14.84.

I agree, but the 2000 UR is good on anything as long as you meet the spend, so I was kind of let down to see everything is essentially regular price. I was hoping to be able to try the longer versions of the boxer brief at a discount - to hopefully improve the fit / prevent riding up. It seems to work for my Duluth long leg ones.

$20 saved on regular priced item is $20 lost opportunity cost to spend elsewhere where the value might be better.
