Yep. these work with Google Home. I have the same sockets sold under a different brand (advertised as Alexa only). I was able to connect them using the Tula phone app on iOS. After connecting, I can control them through Google Home by adding the Smart Life account. Pretty simple process.

Also, I didn't see the brand or product name anywhere. Truly generic I guess.

If you are handy then look at sonoff. You can put custom firmware that will work fine with smartthings.
