I loved these until I started cutting back on sugar and realized these have like double the amount of sugar compared to something like Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

I guess you just have to eat less then, also I'm not sure how that's possible.

The sugar is in the raisins pretty much. You also have to be careful when comparing the serving size.

Raisin Bran Cereal 18g out of 59g
Cinnamon Toast Crunch 9g out of 31g

Too bad its just a dumb mistake, but lets assume he said Shredded Wheat Cereal and I know the answer to that question. Because its made out of old newspapers so it doesn't need sugar to taste good.

I like the raisin cereal but would suggest that you should check the local grocery store as the bigger 4 lb 12 oz(2.1 Kg) is available for $5.99 which is a better buy.

There should be a warning on the box letting you know this will give you tremendous gas. I got down on the last deal. Woah, its no joke. Fiber + sugar is something dangerous.

You think these have a lot, you should try the crunch one lol, but yea you're right they have way more sugar than the ones that you would think have more sugar. Think it might be because of the relatively unprocessed whatever......I think they process whatever oats etc they use less.....could be why they still have better crunch and heft to them in comparison to CTC etc.....and maybe that makes them have to add more sugar to make it taste good. Also, raisins are high in sugar by themselves as well.
