Lowest price ever. I just got one

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

You can buy a used - acceptable for $147 but I don't think those come with the 4 year warranty
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Also lawn maintenance engines put out more pollution than cars in the USA.

I won't sell my gas mower to get an electric one, but when it dies, this is definitely the route I'll go. Batteries will be even better by then.

Only certain categories and even then, very limited. They also do not track well and my last attempt was denied. But hey, worth the shot!

It's a "push mower" (not self-propelled) right?

I ended up passing on the 80V one yesterday (GLM801600, 4AH battery and charger for $360 after tax).

I'm really tempted to give this one a shot now but I've got a lot of trees around too...it's either this or a Toro SmartStow [homedepot.com].

Any suggestions there?

Was this deal on Amazon? I passed on the 80 volt mower only for $179, but I didn't see another deal they had for a mower.

Not sure what difference the trees make but I have about 1/4th acre and this does a great job. I bought the exact one in 2015 and have collected a few batteries. I love it and ordered this one so I would have a spare. It's a great deal on the batteries too

I get a lot of small branches and twigs that break off...it's a huge pain and I often don't find them all, which concerns me with this since it'd be really hard on the motor (if it's under-powered...both the jolt to the shalf/motor but also dulling the blades and making the engine work harder)

That was the mower...It was $180 but it didn't come with a battery ($130 4AH) or a charger ($40) so if you had to buy the whole set it cost right around $350 total.

I'm tempted. Are these the same batteries to use in the 80V snow blower?

I do not find it difficult at all to: Change one single spark plug, use a siphon to drain oil, and unlatch the filter case to replace the filter. Oh, and drive to the local gas station to fill up gas. Until these steps become more difficult, I will stick with gas mower.

Nope, that's the 80V Pro line. This is the 40V G-MAX line.
