Who the heck still uses 1366x768 displays? "Truelife" in low-res?

Agreed, otherwise good deal ruined by a crappy low res display.

I was looking at replacement screens online and you can get a replacement non-touch FHD screen for this for less than $50 and if this one still has the bezel that is easy to remove, it is incredibly easy to do yourself. You could buy a touch screen model for about $110, but I am not sure if you can get the touch to work or not.
