After clipping the $3 off first subscription coupon, the Larabar Carrot Cake 16 ct box drops to $8.12 plus FS.

It appears the Cashew Cookie 16 ct box could be had for $8.63 with the coupon.

All thats in this (or many/most larabars amyway) is nuts and fruit. Naturally occurring sugar, not added sugar and not refined sugar

So unless u were going to stop eating nuts n fruits because they have sugar and fat no reason to not eat these on the go for a wholesome energy boost

Not every snack or meal needs to be sugar free or fat free or high in protein. These are great for in between real meals or when u need a sweet or filling snack or to keep u from eating real junk food.

Doesnt get much better than the cashew cookie bars (cashews and dates are the only 2 ingredients) and peanut butter cookie (peanuts, dates) and peanut butter and jelly bars (peanuts, dates, cherries)

And those flavors all add a couple more grams of protein (6-7 grams total) than the other flavors if that means more to some

Pb choc chip and ch chip cookie dough are some of the ones i avoid, quite a few more ingredients and sugars due to the chocolate chips mostly

what are the carb count on these thanks

never mind these are not low carb friendly, 24 net carbs
Yeah it's really high, and there's only 4g of protein per bar, which is nothing.

What premade affordable option taste good with much less sugar? I just eat nuts and fruit and skip the packaged goods personally.

Thanks! Works with dash credits, too, making this only $3.19 for me. I like the natural bars, even if they are high in sugar. The sugar is just from the dates.

Carbs are fine. Your body runs on and prefers carbs

Well, they've almost as healthy as cigars, if that makes you feel better.

Dates rolled in almonds are good. I'm going to make some where I chop the dates and add coconut flour and chopped almonds to make them into little balss
