before people stock up - you may
want to visit your local asian market.

they sell sacks of fine rice noodles in tied bundles,
and pasta like boxes of thicker or flat rice noodles.

price per pound won't be any more than this SD,
i recall it was in the $1-$2 per pound range.

I was wondering the same thing... I bought some previously.... but I am not sure what to do without a good sauce.... how can you use these? Something SIMPLE please, that I can make quickly and without screwing up (that means it's easy). Smilie

I use this with some chicken (boneless breast or bone-in thighs) thrown in

That.... I may try that although I'm hesitant to buy 6 bottles... but it does have a good rating. I had searched for Pad Thai sauce before and never saw that come up... strange.

I'm curious about these. I eat gluten free and am wondering if anyone has tried these and can give any input. These versus other gluten free rice brands.

I have tried the various Tinkyada branded rice pasta noodles including pad Thai/fettuccine version and all the Trader Joe's brown rice varieties. I have also tried the Deboles gluten-free pastas and I believe Tinkyada has the best absorption and texture personally.

Google Search

"Brownies for Dinner Pad Thai"

It is super delicious, and cooks up quick. If you decide to cook chicken to add to it, it takes about 10 minutes longer. I always make lots of extra sauce, so I can doctor the leftover for lunch the next day. You pretty much just scramble some eggs, dump them on a plate, throw your rice noodles in the wok for a couples minutes, and dump in the easy to make sauce.
