I use the aluminium can holder with about 10 petlzers glued onto it with thermal paste, connected to two power supplies.
It gets liquids, cans, and bottles cold quick.

No, I was a little facicious last night, and was brain storming. If and when I do pick up a a few peltzers off of eBay, and strap them on to my Nissan thermos can cooler, (if I can find it)
I will send you the pics, and results of just a few peltzers. Then I may or may not get more.
The thing is, those little thermal electric fridges, and wine coolers, don't get below 42 degrees.
But they aren't using a bunch of peltzers, to cool a single drink. I should consult some diy threads first.
For the time being, grab a wine bucket, throw in a bottle of soda to drink, ice and a bunch of salts, and then stir the stir with an utensil for a good minute. Do not Shake. Then it will be literally be at freezing temperature with some slushy ice in the can and possibly bottle, if a little more time has elapsed.
Best to buy the salt in bulk. I can't remember if it's 1/2 cup or 1 cup of salt is needed.
