Also found a fire engine, front end loader, dump truck, and more, from $6.25:

Sorry to quote you, just don't want people to be misled before purchasing... I don't think any of the ones mentioned in your post are the take-aparts (other than the plane mentioned in your post above).

No problem, I appreciate the correction. I'm not familiar with these Battat toys, but after I checked out with the crane I had other recommendations from Amazon, then some were add-on items, so I had to get more than one Wink

That fire engine is pretty sweet, even if it's a not a take-apart, and the loader, mixer, and dump truck go great with the crane!

My two year old has a dinosaur version and he's loved playing with this sort of toy. Except the drill makes him want to be aggressive for some reason. I do recommend them, it's been a huge hit and it keeps kids coming back to it.

Awesome timing! My son just saw this at Target yesterday and got really excited about it but I didn't really want to spend another $17.

I hate these take apart vehicles, nice way to have 15 parts lying around. My three and a half year old car only take it apart so far and I have to track the pieces down and put them together. The Battat is better quality than other brands where the screws have broken.

I was going to say the same thing. Can't wait to hunt down all the parts after my 4 year old loses them all over the house. Sounds like a blast.

Yes and there are 3 plastic drill tips, you need them all for different parts, lose one and you can't get it together or apart.

The truck in the OP actually has 34 pieces.

We got a different brand one from Amazon and the screws snapped, wheels broke and It looks more like it belongs to the scrap heap. I definitely wouldn't recommend these types of toys.

My 3 year old likes putting together Lego Junior sets, so this will be great. Wonder if this comes with a picture instruction book or you just have to figure out how everything fits together. Couldn't tell from the description.
