Just bought this. Not many reviews but the 120hz panel is too tempting to try.

I'm confused, BBY and WMT both have it for this price as well.... for $900, it seems to get awfully close to the brand name 65".

I'm just going to hold out for TCL 6 Series 65".

It's great. Blacks are deep and dark, brightness is on par with 8000 Samsung's. The refresh rate is absolutely flawless, even with smooth enhancements on the opera effect is minimal. I have an h8c also and this panel is noticeable smoother.

What's great.
The smoothness
Nearly perfect blacks
Brightness on par with any other non oled tv
Upscaling is flawless
Remote is great to use (nice clicking feedback)
Trim is all metal as well as the back. It looks super sexy and feels solid

What I don't like.
The tv is very heavy. 80lbs heavy. Bought a new wall mount for it.
The stand that's included goes to the very edge of the panel making table placement hard
The audio sometimes loses sync via optical out when using ARC
The back being metal makes it hard to use my fire stick
Edge lighting causes faint white clouding in the corners during dark and light scenes
The included apps sometimes flash white for a millisecond intermittently

I have the new Hisense replacement for the H8C the 65H8050D sitting boxed in my garage and I'm waiting to compare the 2. But comparing it to the H8C, which is a great tv, this is a far more premium product, defiantly worth the extra coin. Think Toyota to Lexus.

Oh, it does do HDR 4k 10bit at 60Hz
Also is 4:4:4 at 60Hz

By the time that actually happens the 8000 series Samsung's will be the same price or oled will be a few hundred more. Don't count chickens

I'm trying to get it at BB (24 month financing) but it doesn't seem they are in stock and available for shipping within 1000 miles of me.... I don't get it.

Good point. I'm just going to upgrade when I can't say no to a ridiculous deal.

Funny enough. I was in at BB just a little bit ago asking about this same TV. The response I got was it wasn't fully released yet, so wasn't available to buy.

My best buy is really kind of scummy about the Hisense brand in general. I went in when the H8C was on sale last year and they "had one on display" and when I went to ask about it they had it on a shelf in the corner with the menu of the smart functions on display. Told me it was a cheap brand like Sanyo and not a good panel. They then quickly directed me to Samsung.

They hate selling these tv's at my best buy. You won't hear a single recommendation for them.

Guys are silent when I ask where the open box return Hisense tv's are, can't find them near the stack of LG's or Samsung tv's.

So full disclosure about the purchase from these guys. The freight is handled by a company called Pilot Freight Services, a pretty poorly reviewed shipping company. I ordered on a Wednesday, it shipped on a Friday, arrived the next Friday and had to wait a week to have it delivered. It was near Christmas and I'm sure they were busy. Ordered 12/27 delivered 01/12. When it arrived the box had a gaping hole in the front, the edges were damaged, and the TV was smashed inside (The driver recommend and assisted while I unboxed and inspected for defects). I refused delivery and the shipper contacted PC R and a new on was shipped out 01/12 that arrived 01/19 that arrived in perfect shape.

With the TCL P series at $650 and the H9D+ at $600 is the TCL still a better value? Seems H9D+ is 120hz but TCL has Dolby Vision.
