Note that you can only fill one of these half way to avoid clogging the pressure relief.

I have an 8 quart for two people and don't think the 6 would meet my needs, let alone the 3. With the 8, I can barely fit a 3.5lb pot roast and vegetables.

Waiting for the 6qt.

There are only two adults in my household and the 6 qt is perfect. I'd consider the 3 qt if single.

Looks like the lowest it's ever been on amazon.

It's also about ~$60 on fleabay regularly.

Keep in mind this is the MINI....... 3 quarts..... exactly 3/4 gallon.

Just finding an instant pot in stock at any reasonable price is a good deal currently!

3QT...I would think too small. The point of instant pot is cook more... that is just my opinion.
I have a 6QT.very happy with family of 4.

I wonder what they'd wrap in a shiny new package and hawk for twice the going rate next?

What about using this for sides like rice? The Instant Pot isn't restricted to main dishes only.
I have the 8 quart (which is great btw), but often I find myself wishing for a second smaller one so I can use both at the same time.
