I literally just bought this a month ago at $42. I also bought green apple at $36. This is not a deal by any means and the price is horribly inflated on Amazon right now.

It's been proven that supplemental BCAAs are worthless if you consume an adequate intake of protein per day.

The 90 serving of fruit punch was $28 after 35% off a couple weeks ago when you used Subscribe & Save. Keep your eyes open as Xtend goes on sale regularly.

Good price. Usually $60ish. Can't speak to the flavor since I haven't tried it. The green apple, blood orange, and mango are good.

Been buying certain flavors at $34-$39 for the last year on Amazon. About one every 6 weeks. Fruit Punch 90 serving is $40.xx and occasionally grape is sub $40. Best bang for your buck though.

I haved used this product and like it. But, wondering if some BCAA pills and a sports drink don't get about the same results for much less?

I'd say it's all the same. I use BulkSupplements (from Amazon) BCAA with a pre-workout and it's just about the same as scivation. Both are fine IMO

BCAAs are absolutely necessary when you are cutting on a diet to preserve as much lean muscle as possible.

They probably aren't necessary unless you are a workout warrior or in a cutting phase.

Why would you cut and not get in an adequate amount of protein per day? Lower carbs and fats during a cut, not protein.

You don't lower fats, it messes up your hormonal profile as you cut.

Only worthless in the sense that BCAA are the building blocks of protein. For those of us that like to intermittent fast and train in a fasted state it is a worthwhile supplement.
