All my messages deleted! No way to get them back?

I guess we don't have a trash from where I can retrieve my lost messages? Why not? I was using classic view.

From my inbox, I was looking at 1 deal alert in a separate window. I went to delete that one alert from that page, As I have done many times before. But apparently it deleted all my messages! I did have most of my messages checked in the inbox window. [I was going to go back to deleting about just half of them.] but that's a separate window! I have never checked all before.
My computer was acting a little funny[opening links in windows rather than tabs as usual, scroll directions changing,... But OK just after] I am using older version of Firefox&OS. But I don't know how that could affect how the site operates.

I do not believe there is a way to restore this but there does seem to be an issue that our developers can look into. If you have multiple messages selected, and then go into a PM and click the delete button on the one PM, all selected ones are also deleted. It does not seem it should do that IMO. That may be what happened to you.

yes, sounds like what I did. So it is a known issue? If so, needs a warning, at least. [Too difficult to give us a trash folder?]
And I also didn't think I was checking all the messages because you just see that 'date' label next to that checkbox, thought I was checking the messages for one date... I suppose I was working a little too fast.... But still.... Thanks for reply

Not sure if it was a known issue before now. I just was trying some things and stumbled upon it.
