If those arm rest had some sort of padding I might bite, but dang just hard plastic will dig into forearms while at a desk all day.

Is it good quality other than arm rest. I need one ergonomic office chair at home. Those staples chairs are hurting my back. Chair in my office is the best one which looks exactly like this. But those office chairs are $500 a piece.

Thanks

Nvm I can't speak to this chair, mine is nearly identical but not — those armrests look dismal

I have this chair and would not recommend it. Luckily I do not have to use it for extended periods of time, but the arm rests are pretty bad. I mainly got it for the neck support, but I'm not able to really use it while on the computer, only if I'm leaning back. Also, the back can be adjusted but only locks and cant rock back and forth.

Does the adjustment have a decent range of motion?

Can it be used without arm rests? I was planning to just put together and not add arm rest.
