Don't do it, good chance they won't pay, fighting this on the one from the 8th on the same deal.

They just sent me a note saying my orders are cancelled so they can't do anything on their end but they are still active and I've been charged and items in hand

Isn't this a repost? I would do it, but I no longer have anything I want to buy from Kmart or Sears. All the local stores are gone, so I can't even go buy grocery. I'm done with them.

Well, just dispute the charge with the cancellation email. You won't pay for the items on the CC chargeback.

Did you do ship to home or in store pick up?

It is max $100 per account, right? I guess those of us who did it before can no longer do it.

Tempting. Can anyone confirm the $100 per account limit? Did those ones who bought a lot of tree bags get your points?

so if they state in writing the order is cancelled as the reason for not getting the points, why don't you just do a credit card dispute and get the money back? they didn't give you the points due to that reason, so not sure what the issue is if you keep the trees and get a refund since they are claiming x'cld.

Yes you're out the points, but not out the money you spent.

In for 1, thanks OP. Make sure that you don't pay all with your points or else you won't get the $50 in points.

Is it max $100 per transaction or per account? I bought two trees in the previous deal and got $100 points. If I buy this again, how much is the chance to get $50 back? Any advice?
