For anyone looking for the 15" model, Costco just put theirs on sale:

https://www.costco.com/Lenovo-Fle...78314.html

This one comes with a little better graphics, bigger SSD, pen and of course the Costco warranty for $100 more. In stock at my B&M location.

Is there thunderbolt 3.0? Would be nice to hook this up to an eGPU.

Disappointing they're still using the 940mx when they should be using the mx150 pascal dedicated gpu. Honestly speaking, it isn't worth that price point... Would be though if they included the latter GPU.

Just for reference, this is $300 more than the previous deal, but this has an i7 instead of i5 and double the RAM & SSD capacity. The previous one came with a pen I believe, but I'm not sure if this one does (not saying it doesn't, just haven't checked).

That was with 7th Gen Core i7 Dual Core processor, not with 8th Gen Core i7-8550U Quad Core Processor which can beat the mighty 45W TDP i7-7700HQ in lots of cases.

No, only Type-C GEN 1 with Display Out (Display Port 1.2) functionality.

So funny you can't win on the deals. Bought a dell XPS 13 with same specs but had 8gb ram and it was like 100 bucks more lol. That was a month ago.

nice configured system, especially the quad-core CPU and 14" is my ideal for a mobile & desktop laptop screen size and isn't that common.

however, I'm not sure the price is amazing - i'm going to hold off on more of a steal-deal for upgrading

I don't understand why this is getting so much less attention than the Lenovo 720 deal for 699

$100 more dollars here seems to be coming with an awful lot more.

Should I jump on this compared to the 720?
