This pan is garbage. I bought it at Walmart and it lost stick following all the instructions in about 5 uses to even oil didn't help.

I have owned a set of the Classic Gourmet Pro line for 3 years and I am very happy with it. It sees far more use than my other stainless steel all clad set. No issues so far. It is not nonsticky as teflon, but I do not have to worry about toxic gases.
Incidentally, the 12" pan of the Classic line is also at the lowest price. Too bad it is the white one. I have the grey set.

I own three of these. You really need to baby these pans. Use regular olive oil, use low-medium Diane, wash by hand, and don't stack anything inside or on top. Lastly, expect to see the non-stick coating to eventually start failing if you use metal utensils or bang the pan on something. Other than that, these are ok.
