This is not a drill, it's an impact driver which lacks the universal chuck and variable clutch that drills typically have.

You won't usually find accurate pricing or availability for HD clearance deals online but have to actually go to the store to see what they have.

Good find OP but HD YMMV are usually isolated, I've never been able to replicate deals in my local stores. Good for you though!

Is it usually nationwide clearance or store specific? From what I know with Lowe's, clearance items are very store specific. Does anyone know the case with Home Depot?

I haven't found brickseek to be reliable for Home Depot clearance items.

Brother-in-law picked up a Makita drill with hammer function a few weeks back for about $60 in Green Bay (east), WI. I believe they still have a few left. They were marked around $90.

Only way to find this is actually going in-stores hunting?

Wow, was about to post this deal. Scored a couple at a local HD. In-store computer showed a few stores had them, but pricing was at $100.
