Might want to put Harrah's Las Vegas as there are a bunch of Harrah's scattered across the country...

This is for Harrah. It's the low budget version. They put the dollar sign after the price for extra savings.

Have no plans for the weekend. I'm a 4 hour drive from Vegas. Is this a good place to stay? Can take the wife on an impromptu getaway hug

It's literally the best place to stay. They have a waterslide. There's no pool, but the waterslide is fun by itself.

How is it 29 a night? earliest check is Sat, and it says $42.

I've stayed here before but a while ago. From the pics it looks like they remodeled a bit. If you get one of the remodeled rooms, might be more but even regular it shouldn't be that bad.I would consider this mid range hotel, slightly above or around the level of Flamingo depending on the room you get. Great location though, right on the strip.
