Natchez shooters supply have federal 9mm 1000round for $199 and you get 25%rebate from federal if purchased before the end of they year making it $150 (so 15 cents per round which is pretty good for 9mm)

they have other caliber and other quantities as well so check them out or you can also check out any other retailer that sells federal ammo, they would have the same rebate.

happy shooting

Great deal. Picked up 1000 of this recently and fed it without issue through Glock and some custom pieces without issue. Well worth it at $0.15/rd.

Is this a good price or kind of normal for this type of round?

View the shipping restrictions for those of us unfortunate to live in CA. They are already shipping directly to an FFL. Probably will add to the cost, and definitely will add to the confusion.

Usually a cheap box of 50 at the store is about $10 (brass case like the ones here), so that would be 20 cents per round, the Brownells deal is 13.9 cents per round ($6.95 for a box of 50). So a pretty decent discount but of course you have to buy a lot more than you would end up buying at the store and deal with rebates.

13.8 cents/round is a great deal and I haven't seen that price in a VERY long time, even with rebates.
Normal price in upstate NY for Remington UMC is about $15 for 50 in bigbox stores. Normal "sale" for the bigbox is between $10-$12. It's difficult to order ammunition online for people in NYS because we can't have it shipped to our home and need to have it shipped to a FFL. Also, some online retailers will not ship to NYS.

If you use the rebate on the brownells site, you can get up to $200 back per household. Same 25%, but allows for larger purchase.
