Here's the config I'd go with for $501+tax:
- Link to Dell Small Biz from Discover Deals (5% CB) or e8ates (2% CB)
- Add the 8gb RAM option
- Remove "Out of Band System Management"
- Sign into your Dell account for Free expedited shipping

RAM is user-upgradeable [youtube.com] (no affiliation). CPU is middling speed, but should be fast enough for normal business and home use, especially if you upgrade the memory to 8GB.

yes almost all parts like SSD, RAM, WIFI cards are user upgradable and videos are available on youtube for directions. Its bussiness class light weight easy to carry around laptop.

High definition screen make it worth with touch screen. It does not look that small when display itself is high in quality and immersive like this one has.

12.5" is too small
Bigger Ipad Pro size screen. Should be ok.

Yes. Either make the Recovery using a memory card yourself, OR download the windows 10 installer then do a fresh install yourself, OR add $13.00 OS Recovery option.
