Not bad for Lithium, IMO. Useful set of tools, good for someone who won't ask too much from them.

I purchased this, already had the drill and detail sander so it makes sense to get more compatible tools. I guess I will have a spare drill when I wear the first one out.

I have this, paid about $70 on ebay refurbished a year ago. Really like both saws and the fact that it comes with two batteries. The drill, well, it seems to have a real clunk when starting and stopping. I ended up giving it away. It's identical to the current Dewalt model for sale at lowes for the same price as this entire kit, I held them side by side. Both even have the same serious clunk everytime they stop. I'd buy it again for 70, but this is also probably a good enough deal shut for the saws, they aren't half bad. Plus you'd pay more than 60 for the batteries alone.

It's not a bad set. Its been at the $100 mark a few times now, even lower once or twice in the last year as well. For the avg homeowner, The batteries and circular saw are the best part of the bunch. The recip. saw may have uses, but probably wont be used as often. The light is a light. Either you need it or you don't. The drill is pretty much a glorified cordless screwdriver. You'll get screws into wood, but dont expect it to work well when you need some real torque.

Is the set worth $100? Depends on your needs. Pros will look at this and laugh while they tout their equipment that cost 8x the amount. However for John Q Homeowner, these are perfect for weekend projects that may require these tools every once in a while and dont want to spend a lot of money on what the pros use.
