Looks like 40-100Hz with AMD Freesync. Probably 60Hz if you're running Nvidia.

white bezel... philips... doesnt says if its IPS... no thanks. LG, samsung, or dell monitors have had better deals.

Refresh rate of the monitor should not depend on your brand of graphics card. Nvidia cards can still take advantage of the full refresh rate when a monitor is Freesync capabke; they only lack the ability to utilize variable refresh rate capabilities. If this monitor is indeed 100Hz capable, it can do it with either AMD or Nvidia cards.

This is true, can confirm this first hand. Bought an hp omen 32" 1440P freesync 75hz on black friday for $250. Currently gaming on it at 75Hz with GTX 1060. As King.h pointed out, since I am on Nvidia I do not have variable refresh ability, but I do have 75Hz.

40-100hz is the freesync range, lol. Meaning if you're below, or above that, and you're on an AMD card, freesync will not work if below or above that.
