Apply the $25 off coupon and you can buy this for $374 plus tax, which I thin is an incredible deal. Home depot had a similar deal that expired yesterday. The deal on amazon is still active as of this moment. It comes with an a/c adapter and from reviews, some have compared it to Festool Kapex in quality and accuracy. Hurry!.

Great buy. I'm hoping they put the new 36v Makita on sale. 12" is too big

This is only $25 less than the other deal, and does not include the two batteries. It may be cheaper than it used to be, but hardly a must-buy deal.

Observe the other deal carefully. The other deal with batteries that you are referring to was over $500. You are not comparing apples to apples. The other deal was $399 plus tax for this exact model. This one is $25 off that. So an even better deal.

the other deal from HD was 399 with ( 2) batteries. This is not a deal. You can get a corded double bevel sliding miter saw for less. Sorry but thumbs down.

How is this a better deal when it's only $25 less and doesn't include the two batteries that are worth more than $25 on their own?

No no.. observe the other deal carefully. You are not comparing the correct models. $399 (old deal from yesterday) $374 new deal that I posted. Remember the model is DHS790AB, it is top of the line rivals Festool Kapex. Even better than 780 because it has flex and also lighter and better engineered

The 399 model from yesterday wasn't a slider. Just a chop saw

Have never seen any other Miter Saw rival the Kapex in accuracy or dust collection. Maybe it's a good saw, but I'd have to see it to believe it.

Exactly, people are confusing different models. Model number is DHS790AB . This is a slider, 12" with flex option includes the AC adapter. usually sells for $650 so its an anamoly that it is priced so low. Grab it before its gone.
