It's a daily deal, so it may go back up tomorrow. However, for military, this is a great deal. If you have a 15% coupon (don't ask me for one, I have none) or a new military star card (10% off), you can get an even slicker deal.

I've been watching this tv on aafes everyday for weeks. They marked it a daily deal but it's been at that price for a while now. Surprising since usually the daily deal is discounted. If your able to I'd suggest waiting on this.

1. 133% of the viewing area
2. Better just-off-black details
3. No burn-in risk (there's a reason there is a several hundred page thread on AVS Forums)
4. OLED is not superior in every category
5. Viewing distance is important to consider. No way in hell would I want a 65", even an OLED, past 11 feet.
6. No worrying about issues with age/high viewing hours, which the high-hour owners seem to be running into, now.

I love my OLED, but there are pros and cons to it, and I don't blindly recommend TVs without knowing all the variables.

No, it hasn't. It's been around the $2,599 mark, which you would know if you've been watching it. That's why I posted it when it actually went lower, since I too have been watching it for a while, since $2,599 has been the normal price it's been sitting at.

You're absolutely right. I have been watching the same TV now. It's back up to $2599 just as I was about to pull the trigger. Oh well, Superbowl season is around the corner Peace

What a humble comment, the rest of the oled owners seem very ignorant. You can't tell them anything about their tv's.
